Assisted the NC AOC establish robust J2EE development and project management environment by implementing sound practices that were adopted by the enterprise for project management and reporting, requirements management, configuration management, code management, defect and enhancement management.
Worked with State of NC Information Technology Services to develop and refine the Service Level Agreements and the Customer Responsibilities Agreement for Web-Hosting Services.
